“24″ and America’s Image in Fighting Terrorism: Fact, Fiction, or Does it Matter?

Producers and cast members of the television show “24” join terrorism experts to discuss the effect popular media might have on public perceptions of the fight against terrorism. The discussion was moderated by Rush Limbaugh.

Howard Gordon is an executive producer and writer of “24.” Joel Surnow and Robert Cochran are executive producers, creators, and writers of “24.” Members of the cast of “24″ include:: Gregory Itzin, who plays “President Charles Logan;” Mary Lynn Rajskub, who plays “Chloe O’Brian;” and Carlos Bernard, who plays “Tony Almeida.

They took a lot of questions from the fans, lots of funny comments by Chloe.

They were also saying the Vice President and Secretary Rumsfeld were big fans of the show too.

Chloe: “I got into acting to avoid politics of any type…and you guys are bringing me out of that.” She said the toughest part of the show for her is all the “fake typing…hurts my fingers.”

Another question from the audience to Chloe, “Are you carrying Edgar or Jack Baur’s love child?” Chloe, “Whoever asked that question needs to think about something else for 24 hours…my baby is my business.”

Rush: “You used to be a comedian, but an actor now. How have things changed for you?”
Chloe: “Strangers touch me now.”

Question to Tony, “Do you get paid for the scenes where you were in a coma?”
